Final Sale on Prescription Products<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, all prescription medications and compounded products dispensed through Healthy Path Rx are a final sale<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0once they have been processed or shipped.
\nOnce a prescription has been filled by our pharmacy partner, it is considered a completed order and cannot be restocked or redistributed for safety and regulatory reasons.<\/p>\n

All telehealth consultations, Provider evaluations, and medical service fees are non-refundable<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0once the consultation has been completed, regardless of the treatment outcome or product approval status.<\/p>\n
