We don't require or bill insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE—pricing is a flat monthly rate. Some patients use HSA/FSA funds where their plan allows; check with your plan administrator, and contact us for documentation to support a reimbursement request.
Yes. You can cancel or manage your subscription anytime before your next billing date through the patient portal or by emailing info@healthypathrx.com, with no cancellation fee. Prescription medications are final sale once dispensed—see our Returns Policy for full details.
No. Compounded medications, including compounded Semaglutide and compounded Tirzepatide, are not FDA-approved. Your provider can explain what that means for your specific situation.
A licensed healthcare provider reviews the information you provide. Providers are board-certified and licensed in their respective states, contracted through our affiliated provider network. Individual provider names and license numbers are confirmed during your assessment.
Healthy Path RX currently provides services in 48 U.S. states, with the exception of Alaska and Alabama. Availability can depend on local telehealth regulations, and your intake will confirm whether services are currently available where you live.
