Your use of the Platform establishes a direct provider-patient relationship only with the affiliated healthcare professionals, not with Healthy Path Rx.
By using the Platform, you authorize Healthy Path Rx to share necessary personal and medical information with these Third-Party Providers for the purpose of providing care, processing prescriptions, and fulfilling orders.
The Platform may reference, connect to, or utilize services provided by independent medical groups, pharmacies, or labs.
Healthy Path Rx does not control or assume responsibility for the professional conduct, quality, or results of these Third-Party Providers.
All transactions, including consultation fees and pharmacy payments, are handled directly between you and the relevant Third Party.

We facilitate communication and coordination but do not supervise or control these affiliates.
You consent to the exchange of information between Healthy Path Rx, you, and these affiliates to ensure continuity of care.
Failure to respond to affiliate communications or follow medical guidance is your responsibility.

You must complete a consultation with a licensed Provider affiliated with Healthy Path Rx before a prescription can be issued.
Prescriptions are fulfilled by independent, licensed pharmacies, which may vary by state.
Healthy Path Rx is not responsible for pharmacy delays, shipment errors, or medication shortages once fulfillment has been initiated.
Prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once dispensed.
