Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, all prescription medications and compounded products dispensed through Healthy Path Rx are a final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been processed or shipped.
Once a prescription has been filled by our pharmacy partner, it is considered a completed order and cannot be restocked or redistributed for safety and regulatory reasons.
All telehealth consultations, Provider evaluations, and medical service fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, regardless of the treatment outcome or product approval status.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within three (3) business days of receiving your shipment by emailing [email protected]
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. Our team will review your request and, if approved, will coordinate a replacement or refund at our discretion.
