Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Healthy Path Rx is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Orders will only be processed after you have completed your required telehealth consultation and received approval from one of our licensed Providers. Prescription products cannot be shipped without a valid Provider authorization.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, Provider approval, and pharmacy fulfillment schedules.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Healthy Path Rx is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address error or delivery refusal, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our pharmacy partner to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
